Judges Critique for Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Great Britain Open Show 5.06.2016 Thank you to the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Great Britain for inviting me to judge such a fantastic entry for an Open Show. Thank you to all the owners of such beautiful Ridgebacks for trusting me to go over their dogs. Due to the level of high quality Ridgebacks entered the awarding of first places was so difficult as many were worthy of being winners. Special thanks for all of my dedicated stewards and the exhibitors for their superb entry and quality of dogs. The majority of ridges were either excellent or good despite finding quite a few off set crowns. In my opinion overall confirmation is most paramount, therefore I didn’t dismiss an otherwise very good dog from a high placing due to this type of ridge fault. I will not mention ridges any further in my following individual critiques.
